Privacy Statement for the Electric Railway Historical Association
of Southern California, www.ERHA.org

The Electric Railway Historical Association of Southern California has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for this website: www.erha.org.

Our site uses an order form for customers who purchase products from our on-line store. For those who order products from us only we collect visitor's contact information (like their email address) and financial information (like their account or credit card numbers). Contact information from the order form is used to send orders to our customers. The customer's contact information is used to get in touch with the visitor when necessary. Financial information that is collected is used to bill the user for products and services.

Security

This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Credit card information is collected directly to a secured server operated by the credit card company themselves, Cardservice International and is never transmitted via email. Our current membership list is available on the web site to current ERHA members only behind a password protected gateway.

Choice/Opt-Out

To remove your information from our database to not receive future communications or to no longer receive our service.
