WPacific Electric Deluxe car 09 never turned a wheel on PE; it was burned in the 1913 carhouse fire at Sherman (West Hollywood). It began as a steam coach, then was rebuilt by LAP into its first deluxe car, No. 400. It opened the Balloon Route Trolley Trip, but was soon superseded by newer cars.
